The Trachospray is a spray device that provides topical anaesthesia to the throat and upper airway.
We developed the product in its current form, making it user-friendly while providing maximal control for both patient and caregiver.
We prepared and organised all documentation, and conducted clinical validation leading to CE registration, as well as establishing manufacturing capabilities in the Netherlands.

The device offers a non-intimidating procedure to the patient when preparing for a bronchoscopy, a GI endoscopy, or a transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE).
The concept was initiated with Radboud UMC, a leading Dutch university medical center, with anaesthesiologists Dr van Geffen and Prof Dr Brühn .
